Business Carts (Thelas) & Cabins for Income Generation
As part of our Ramzan Income Generation Initiative, we distributed:
✔ 21 Business Carts (Thelas)
✔ 3 Cabins
to help deserving families start small businesses and earn a sustainable livelihood.
You can sponsor a business cart with or without your company name & logo displayed on three sides (panaflex branding).
Each Thela includes:
✅ Blue-painted cart (Size: 4.5’ x 7’) with canvas roof extended by 2’
✅ Sloping plank for product display with baskets
✅ Storage compartments below and an iron hamper for extra space
✅ Bucket & mug for cleaning
✅ Digital weighing scale
✅ Solar system (battery, panel, fan, bulb & 2 switches)
✅ Donor branding: 8” panaflex on 3 sides with name & monogram
✅ Uniforms: 2 blue shalwar kameez with caps
✅ Big plastic bags for garbage disposal
14-06-2025 – To help vendors combat the heat, 1 unstitched suit, a Nighaban cap, and ORS were provided to each thela owner.






24-08-2025 – Under our Income Generation Project, we distributed pre-loved shalwar kameez to widows in various villages around Kot Ghulam Muhammad to help them start small home shops and earn a living.
15-04-2025 – Under the Income Generation Project, Champa from Allot Village was given a freezer to sell ice and cold drinks for her livelihood.


16-06-2025 – Distributed sewing machines to widows in areas between Kot Ghulam Muhammad and Digri, including Reena Dilip Kumar, Rekha, and Nika Michael, to support income generation.
26-02-2025 – Under the Income Generation Project, Alishpa, daughter of Noor Muhammad, was provided with a leather sewing machine to help her start earning.
13-12-2024 – A nursery owner whose business was badly damaged in the Karsaz accident was provided with plants to restart his livelihood under the Income Generation Project.
15-11-2024 – A used rickshaw was provided in the Malir area under the Income Generation Project to help start a livelihood. (Number plate blurred for privacy).
1-10-2024 – Shahnawaz (21 years old) from Dhoraji, Karachi was enrolled in Shabana Motor Training School under the Income Generation Project to learn driving skills for employment.
09-04-2025 – Deva from Village Bhura Goth was given a pregnant buffalo under the Income Generation Project to support sustainable livelihood.
18-10-2024 – Widow Sheila Jairam from Allot Village received Sadka support under Nighaban’s welfare initiatives.
18-10-2024 – Widow Anita Preji from Jamrao Village received Sadka support under Nighaban’s welfare initiatives.
11-11-2024 – Distributed 1 rooster and 3 chickens each to:

under the Sadka & Animal Breeding Program to support income generation.
Zahida Akram donated 1 set of chickens (Sadka) to Widow Kamla Moorchand in Kot Ghulam Muhammad under the Animal Breeding & Sadka Program.

08-07-2024 – Rakhshan Ahmad donated 1 live goat (Sadka) to young widow Sheilawanti Sakku from Landi Village under the Sadka & Animal Breeding Program.
