We Stood by Tufail When He Needed Us Most

At Nighaban Welfare Trust, we believe no child should suffer due to lack of resources.

Recently, we were contacted about Tufail, the young son of Sumera Tufail—a devoted schoolteacher working with an NGO in a remote village. Sumera, a widow, was struggling to get urgent medical care for her son, who had fractured his arm.

With no time to lose, our team ensured that Tufail received immediate medical attention. His treatment was fully covered by Nighaban, allowing him to begin his healing journey without delay or financial burden on the family.

This is just one of many lives we’ve been able to impact—thanks to your continued support.

Helping Hussain Walk Again

Hussain Buksh, a hardworking bus driver, was severely injured in a tragic accident that left him with multiple fractures in his leg. His condition required several complex surgeries, all of which were conducted at Aga Khan University Hospital.

Thanks to your support, Nighaban Welfare Trust was able to ensure Hussain received the critical medical care he needed. Today, he is on the road to recovery and has taken his first steps—with the help of a walker and the prayers of a compassionate community.

This is what your donations make possible.
💛 Let’s help more people like Hussain get back on their feet.

Sara  Brave Battle Against a Rare Skull Base Tumour

Sara has been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive Giant Cell Tumour of the Maxilla, a condition that affects the maxillary bone, sinuses, and extends into the skull base. This type of tumour is both physically and emotionally challenging, impacting not only Sara’s health but also her ability to live a normal, pain-free life.

In an effort to manage the tumour and avoid invasive surgery, Sara is currently undergoing a trial treatment with Denosumab (Xgeva) — a targeted medication administered as a 12 mg injection every three months in her abdomen. This treatment offers hope to slow down or shrink the tumour’s growth.

Despite the pain and uncertainty, Sara continues her fight with remarkable strength. Her journey is far from easy, but your support can ease her burden.

Your donations can help cover her ongoing treatment, follow-up scans, and medical care. Let’s stand with Sara and give her the chance to live a healthier, brighter future.

Thank you for being part of her healing journey.
